Billy has been defending citizens since 1995, his practice focuses primarily on DWI’s in Hays County. An aspiring screenwriter, a country lawyer, he sees every trial as a story wanting to be told, every jury subconsciously pulling for the underdog. No matter where other endeavors may lead, he vows that so long as the government assaults its citizens with needles, he will always stand in defense.

Since graduating St. Mary’s Law School in 1991, Attorney Leah Bates has lived and practiced law in San Antonio. After a very brief attempt at insurance defense, she began practicing criminal defense in the Law Office of Ronald P. Guyer.

During his years of practice, Pete has been involved in many high-profile cases and has represented several elected officials in a variety of matters.
Tammy Schmidt Keener is a former Gillespie County Prosecutor (2001-2012) and Justice of the Peace, Precinct Two, Gillespie County (1998-1999). She is currently president of the Hill Country Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (HCCDLA) and was a speaker at the Stuart Kinard Memorial Advanced DWI Seminar in 2010. Tammy is a 1997 graduate of the South Texas College of Law.
Kim earned her JD from the University of Houston (Bates) Law School and has practiced criminal defense for more than 25 years, with the exception of two brief stints as a prosecutor – first, as an ADA in Harris County, then, as First Assistant County Attorney in Guadalupe County.
Manuel Diaz’s practice focuses primarily in criminal defense and personal injury. Mr. Diaz is a native of Mexico City and was raised in Brownsville, Texas. Before founding the Diaz Law Firm, PC in Dallas, Mr. Diaz worked as a corporate attorney with a top U.S.-based international law firm and was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in Dallas.
John Gilmore was born and raised in Aransas Pass, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1976 and received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1979. He then went into private practice until 1982 when he joined the District Attorney’s office for the 36th Judicial District. In 1988, he became the prosecutor for the Tri-County Narcotics Task Force.
Paul J. Goeke, Attorney at Law, is a board-certified criminal defense lawyer, a specialist with nearly 30 years of experience providing aggressive representation for people in San Antonio, Austin and the surrounding parts of Texas.
James D. Granberry retired from cowboy life at the age of 19 after spending the winter of ‘81 in the Idaho foothills in a log cabin with a wood burning stove and not enough whiskey or female companionship. He came back to Texas and attended many fine universities until he finally graduated from Trinity University in 1984.

Craig Greaves was born and raised in Franklin, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995, and soon after attended the Cumberland School of Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 1999. Craig remains a resident of the Brazos Valley, along with his wife Nicole and two boys.
Joseph Greco has devoted his career to pursuing justice in the criminal defense system. He has spent his entire legal career as a defense attorney.
