Kim DelaGarza

Kim earned her JD from the University of Houston (Bates) Law School and has practiced criminal defense for more than 25 years, with the exception of two brief stints as a prosecutor – first, as an ADA in Harris County, then, as First Assistant County Attorney in Guadalupe County.  She represented Accused Citizens in Houston and surrounding counties for more than ten years before relocating her office to Seguin.  She continues to represent clients throughout Texas.  Kim has lectured on DWI issues throughout in Texas.  She is a member of TCDLA and a founding member of NCDD.
