Jay Freeman

Jay Freeman is a licensed Texas insurance agent with over 30 years experience, specializing in the issuance and placement of the Texas SR-22. He is the owner of ConceptSR22.com and Accurate Concept Insurance in Dallas, Texas.   In addition to his insurance career, he is also an accredited State Bar MCLE Sponsor and regularly presents CLE courses for Criminal Defense Groups and Bar Associations around the state. Jay is also the author of the article “Five Things You Need to Know About the Texas SR-22” which appeared in the March 2014 issue of The Voice For The Defense magazine.

In addition to his insurance business, Jay is an outdoor enthusiast.  His hobbies include cycling, fishing, skiing and hiking.  He has been a Master Scuba Instructor for over 25 years and is a published Underwater Photographer.  He loves to travel and his involvement with scuba has allowed him to visit many unique places around the world.
