Thomas E. Workman Jr.’s technical experience includes over twenty years working in high technology. As an Attorney at Law in Taunton, Massachusetts, he has participated in both criminal and civil cases as an expert in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Workman has been qualified as an expert on cases before arbitration panels, administrative proceedings, Family Court, and at the State Supreme Court, District Court and Superior Court levels, all as a technical expert in the field of computers and computer driven devices, like the breath-test machines.
He is a licensed attorney and an adjunct professor, where he teaches scientific evidence. He received his J.D. (cum laude, High Technology Law Concentration with Distinction) from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, and his M.S. and B.S. from the University of Texas in Austin. Mr. Workman is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the National College of DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
